Pfilates (Pelvic Floor Pilates)

This class is to help work on the strength, endurance, and speed of your pelvic floor. It is not a traditional workout or a traditional class. We will focus on explaining the method and moving through the exercise progressions. Pfilates has been shown to be 80% effective in reducing or eliminating symptoms of incontinence in three months. Participants must register for the series. Joining the class after the start date will not be permitted due to the progressions of the exercises.  This class may be eligible to be covered under physio benefits
