This class is a full body, resistance training workout with an added focus on breath and the pelvic floor. It is safe for all fitness levels and for the post-partum body. Many exercises will use body weight and others may incorporate some light weights and babies if applicable. Please bring a yoga mat for the floor work part of the class. Participants must be at least 6 weeks post-partum to join the class and babies are welcome but not required to participate.
