Mommy & Me Yoga is a great way to safely ease back into healthy exercise while connecting (or reconnecting) with your body, spirit and your baby.Benefits to you:
– ease the new parent jitters by getting to know other parents in a safe, structured environment
– a nice pick-me-up to your day (feel stronger physically and emotionally!)
– a healthy, playful, bonding time with your baby

Benefits for your baby:
– helps develop motor and sensory skills
– aids in digestion
– promotes better sleep

Don’t worry about upsetting a zen atmosphere though! You will see parents feeding, changing, bouncing and talking to their babies throughout. No pressure! No worries! All levels welcome!
