Join our basic level belly dancing fitness class with your non-walking baby and enjoy a fun workout with your bundle of joy! Babies may be on a mat in front of you, or in your baby carrier. A sensory-engaging musical environment can greatly contribute to a child’s cognitive and sensory development.Get your cardio in while having a blast and meeting other mommies. You can experience your dance journey together, and learn a new and exotic skill. Belly dancing promotes balance, strength, coordination, confidence and most importantly, SELF-CARE. This special event is suitable for beginners and safe for the postpartum body.
