Flow and restore yoga is a balanced and holistic practice that combines dynamic movement with deep relaxation. In this class, you will start with a series of flowing poses that will warm up your body, increase your flexibility, and strengthen your muscles. Then you transition into a restorative sequence, where you will use props to support your body in soothing and calming poses. You will hold each pose for several minutes, allowing your body and mind to release stress, tension, and fatigue. This class is suitable for everyone who wants to enjoy the best of both worlds: energizing and relaxing yoga. All levels are welcome.
