In addition to that, we offer Pelvic Rehab Personal Training which can actually help you to REVERSE symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction! Leaking when you laugh, sneeze or jump is common but not necessarily normal and our trainers can work in conjunction with our physios to help correct those problems. We can also work on that posture, or “mummy tummy” otherwise known as diastasis recti.

In addition to being Personal Trainers, our team are also Certified Pre and Postnatal Fitness Specialists and Bellies Inc Core Confidence Trainers. What does this mean for you? We know what is safe for you and baby, how much to push yourself, what kinds of functional exercises will help you to prepare for both labour and babies arrival, and what exercises to avoid for safety reasons and to minimize the impact on the pelvic floor and abdominal wall. You will also learn breathing and relaxation techniques that will help you when it comes time for your delivery.
